Reflecting on the pivot to virtual for She Podcasts LIVE, I feel an ache - a heaviness from constantly proving our worth, especially as we strive to uplift marginalized voices in podcasting. It’s a struggle to keep showing up, holding space, and pushing forward. We need more support, more investment in community leaders who care deeply, and a greater understanding of what truly sustains us. We must embrace slow growth, intentional connection, and, most importantly, each other.
